  • The right to request repairs - If there are any problems with the rental unit, tenants have the right to request that repairs be made on time. The responsibility to treat the property with respect - Tenants are responsible for treating the rental unit and its contents with respect. This means no damage beyond normal wear and tear. 


  • The responsibility to follow the rules outlined in the lease agreement - Finally, tenants are responsible for following all of the rules outlined in their lease agreements. These may include rules regarding quiet hours, guests, pets, etc.
